Learning Philosophy

The instruction methods in the HSE Executive MBA are designed to provide a basis for interaction and participation, and integration of theory and practice. Differences in learning styles and preferences are taken into account. A variety of instruction methods are employed during the program: lecturing, group debates, casework, quizzes, role plays, presentations etc.

Each module includes tasks designed to help participants and professors check that they have achieved the module learning objectives.

Participants are encouraged to link the academic input on latest business and management theories with their professional experience in organizations. Assignments ask the participants to reflect upon their experience and articulate their own professional views and practices.
