Financial Times Executive Education ranking

The Financial Times ranked HSE Executive Education among the 40 best management schools in the world in 2002 - 2007. Year 2006 HSE Executive Education was ranked 37th among the best management schools in the world.

The Executive Education Ranking is published by the Financial Times every spring and is highly regarded in the management education field.


Financial Times Executive MBA ranking

Financial Times publishes a list of the top Executive MBA program in the world. HSE Executive MBA program was successful particularly in the category of Career Progress being placed number 9. In the overall ranking program was placed number 80.

Aims achieved and the career progress of the alumni as well as the quality and internationality of the program were evaluated in the ranking.

Taloustutkimus


HSE Executive Education was number one in Finland for the 9th consecutive time in the Taloustutkimus corporate image survey in November 2006. In the survey 518 company's decision makers evaluated companies that provide business management education in the Helsinki region. The interviews were made in August - October 2006.

HSE Executive Education's most explicit strengths were in the two top features for the interviewees: the quality of the products and services (the most important feature) and the staff expertise (second most important).


Corporate Image survey

Talouselämä publishes the biennal Corporate Image Survey on education organizations. HSE Executive Education was ranked the best education organization in Finland in 2004 and 2006. In the survey conducted 2006, the respondents valued especially HSE Executive Education’s instructors.


Quality and international standards



Association of MBAs, AMBA

AMBA, the Association of MBAs accredits MBA programs to high international standards and provides a network for MBA graduates, business schools and employers, and an important forum for the exchange of knowledge, ideas and best practice.


EQUIS


The Helsinki School of Economics has been evaluated according to quality criteria developed in the field and has received the EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) label, which shows that its activities meet European quality requirements and are highly international. The evaluation was performed by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) on the basis of its EQUIS criteria. The evaluation focuses on the university´s research, degrees and programs, course planning and execution, student selection and services, including all the activities of HSE Executive Education.
