The workshop focuses on LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE INNOVATION. The ongoing profound transformation of the world economy calls for new ways to lead and govern collective action in companies, actor networks and broadly in society. The old governance models and structures do not sufficiently guide and support us in our aims for sustainable life, well-being and long-term wealth creation in the transforming economy.

The workshop centers on change forces behind the transformation, emerging change agenda and concrete steps forward:

Wednesday, August 26: Call for Action! Forces urging leadership and governance innovation.
Thursday, August 27: New Agenda: Human centric dispersed collective action?
Friday, August 28: Going Forward: Towards leadership and governance transformation.
Theory meets practice in the workshop. We bring international thought leaders from academia, politics and business into an in-depth dialogue on how to lead and govern in the current times.
